A Journey Toward Healing, Wholeness, Resilience, and Peace

Aurora Anchor Psychotherapy and Wellness was founded on the belief that people can heal, rebuild relationships, reconnect with meaning, and discover new possibilities even after experiencing trauma, loss, grief, conflict, or profound adversity.

We provide a compassionate, confidential, and professionally grounded space for individuals, couples, families, teams, organizations, and communities navigating emotional distress, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, conflict, and questions of purpose and meaning.

Our approach integrates psychotherapy, counselling, mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS), trauma recovery, resilience building, peace and conflict practice, relational healing, and organizational wellbeing. We recognize that healing is multidimensional and can involve the mind, body, emotions, relationships, identity, values, spirituality, and sense of purpose.

Our Philosophy

At Aurora Anchor, we believe healing is not simply about reducing symptoms or forgetting what happened. Healing is about finding peace in who you are becoming.

Therapy can provide an opportunity to process painful experiences, rebuild trust, strengthen resilience, restore healthy relationships, and rediscover hope, purpose, and possibility.

We also recognize that healing may involve deeper questions of faith, identity, values, meaning, and spirituality. Our psychospiritual perspective respects each client's worldview without imposing beliefs, creating space to explore what gives life meaning and provides strength.
